Daily Management Precautions For Soil Stabilizers

Leave a message

Labeling and Records

All containers must be clearly labeled with the name, concentration, date of receipt, and expiration date (e.g., thiol stabilizers typically have a one-year expiration date).

Adopt the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle to avoid using expired products.

Regular Inspections

Check the packaging integrity weekly. Immediately isolate any bulging or discolored containers.

Test warehouse temperature and humidity logger data quarterly and calibrate any deviations.

Personnel Protection

When handling powdered stabilizers, wear an N95 mask and goggles. For liquid stabilizers, wear chemical-resistant gloves (e.g., butyl rubber).

Extended Recommendations: Digital Management Trends

Introduce barcode or RFID systems to track inventory status. Some companies have already implemented real-time temperature and humidity alarms using IoT sensors (e.g., Honeywell's smart warehousing solution).

Note: Numerical standards are all derived from Chinese national standards, OSHA, or NFPA. Special cases require adjustments based on the product MSDS.
