Liquid Dust Suppressant

Liquid dust suppressant is an eco-friendly product independently developed by our company. It is safe, efficient, and low-carbon, with no impact on material quality after application. It does not harm vegetation, pollute soil, or groundwater, and causes no secondary pollution as it is biodegradable. Non-toxic, odorless, and non-irritating, it can be directly sprayed on roads and material surfaces to prevent dust, wind erosion, washout, spontaneous combustion, and freezing.

Liquid dust suppressant is widely apply in:

1. Coal/mineral mining, transportation, loading/unloading, and storage
2. Open stockyards
3. Building demolition, civil construction, and surrounding roads

Humectant, antifreeze agents, film-forming agents, solidifiers, penetration aids, and water.

Dilute according to temperature (adjust ratio based on environment).

Spray 0.2-3L solution per square meter depending on surface/material conditions.

Increase concentration/volume if spraying during rainfall.

1. Stir promptly during powder dilution to prevent clumping.
2. Do not dilute with strongly acidic or alkaline water.
3. Mix and use immediately to avoid prolonged air exposure.
4. Reapply if the surface is visibly damaged.
5. Clean spills promptly; use moisturizing dust suppressant for cement surfaces.
6. Clean and maintain equipment after use.
7. In case of contact with eyes, nose, or mouth, rinse immediately with water (dried residue is harder to remove).
8. Non-toxic and harmless to plants/animals.
9. If swallowed in large quantities, rinse mouth with water and seek medical attention.
10. Liquid/solid spills (especially on metal ladders) may cause slippery surfaces-clean promptly and ensure safety.

Store in sealed, light-proof, dry, ventilated conditions; protect from freezing and moisture.

During transport: Prevent rain exposure
