Liquid dust suppressant is an eco-friendly product independently developed by our company. It is safe, efficient, and low-carbon, with no impact on material quality after application. It does not harm vegetation, pollute soil, or groundwater, and causes no secondary pollution as it is biodegradable. Non-toxic, odorless, and non-irritating, it can be directly sprayed on roads and material surfaces to prevent dust, wind erosion, washout, spontaneous combustion, and freezing.

III. Product Advantages

V. Composition

VI. Operating Instructions
1.Dilute with clean tap water at 1:1 – 1:3 (product:water) for first-time treatment; use 1:10 – 1:20 for routine maintenance. Do not use strongly acidic or alkaline water.
2.Apply the diluted solution at 1–3 L per m² using a standard water truck or sprayer. Coverage depends on surface porosity and dust load.
3.Build up with three applications: Day 1, Day 3, Day 5, then weekly maintenance.
4.Do not apply during rainfall. If rain is expected within 2 hours, postpone or increase concentration by 10–20%.
5.Reapply if the surface crust is visibly damaged by heavy traffic or grading.
6.Clean equipment with water after use to prevent clogging.
VII. Precautions
Stir promptly during liquid dilution to prevent clumping.
Do not dilute with strongly acidic or alkaline water.
Mix and use immediately to avoid prolonged air exposure.
Reapply if the surface is visibly damaged.
Clean and maintain equipment after use.
In case of contact with eyes, nose, or mouth, rinse immediately with water (dried residue is harder to remove).
Non-toxic and harmless to plants/animals.
If swallowed in large quantities, rinse mouth with water and seek medical attention.
Clean spills promptly- dried residue on metal surfaces may become slippery.

Will rain, snow, or vehicle traffic affect the performance of the liquid dust suppressant?
A high-quality road dust suppressant, once cured, forms a durable layer with good weather resistance and compression strength. Under normal conditions, rain, snow, or vehicle traffic will not cause it to fail.
Is it safe for workers, vegetation and groundwater?
A: Yes - non-toxic, biodegradable, non-corrosive and non-irritating in normal use. Avoid eye contact; rinse with water if contact occurs. Dried residue on metal surfaces can be slippery, so clean spills promptly.
